MI Fundamentals Training

MI Method Basic Training

July 18/19 and August 29/30

What we do

Practical info – MI Method Training

The training consists of two modules of two intensive days each, alternating between theory, demonstrations, and practical exercises. In a small group, you’ll learn the principles and applications of the MI Method step by step, so you can immediately integrate them into your own treatments.

During the first module, the focus is on the foundations of presence, touch, and body awareness. In the second module, we deepen the work and you’ll learn to listen more subtly to the body, recognize and guide tensions, and apply the method intuitively in your practice.

The training offers plenty of space for experiencing, practicing in pairs, feedback, and integration, so you don’t just gain knowledge but truly embody the method.

What you can experience

During the MI Method training, you can expect an in-depth journey of both professional and personal growth. You won’t just learn new techniques, but will primarily develop a more refined awareness of how you work with the body.

During the training, you can experience, among other things:

  • Greater presence in your touch, making treatments deeper and more soothing for your client.

  • A refined body awareness, so you learn to feel more subtly what the body needs.

  • New tools and insights to recognize and guide tension, blockages, and energy in the body.

  • Personal transformation, as you also go through processes of relaxation, awareness, and integration yourself.

  • More confidence in your intuition as a practitioner, making your treatments more natural and effective.

The training is an invitation to deepen your craft, strengthen your presence, and take your work as a body practitioner to a new level.

Who is it for?

The MI Method was developed for professionals who work with people through the body and want to deepen their treatments. It is aimed at practitioners such as physiotherapists, osteopaths, massage therapists, beauticians, and other bodyworkers who feel that true transformation happens not only physically, but also energetically and emotionally.

The method supports practitioners in working with more presence, sensitivity, and intuition, so that their touch doesn’t just relax, but also triggers a deeper healing process.

For those who work with the body and long for more connection, awareness, and impact in their treatments, the MI Method offers an integrative approach where body, mind, and energy come together.

Moses Garelik

Who is Moses Garelik?

Moses embodies this philosophy, having courageously chosen his own path outside the boundaries of his upbringing. Born in Italy and raised between Milan and New York, Moses comes from a respected rabbinical family. After his ordination as a rabbi, he founded and supported more than seventy non-profit organizations throughout Europe.

Through years of traveling the world and researching the influence of identities and cultures on personal beliefs, Moses realized that every individual is unique as part of the universal whole. Since then, his mission has been to promote unity and compassion by supporting individuals in reaching deeper levels of consciousness.

By combining Eastern philosophy, Kabbalistic teachings, and scientific research, Moses facilitates a process that helps people move beyond self-limiting beliefs and reach a state of expanded consciousness where new perspectives emerge and positive growth can flourish.
