Our MI workshops are moments to slow down, feel, and create.<\/p>\n

We work with intuitive, creative, and embodied forms that take you out of your head and back into your body.<\/p>\n

Creation is central: working with clay, painting, flowers, cooking, or a combination thereof.
Always intuitive, without performance, with room for fun, softness, and enjoyment.<\/p>\n

In addition to creation, we also see our workshops as meeting places<\/strong>.
A place where people find each other, share experiences, and connect and network in a natural way, without masks, without pressure.<\/p>\n

We always create a warm, safe setting where you can land, relax, and breathe.
